Katsu

It's the year 2024, and listening bars are a hit.

I created this fictional bar project exactly as I envisioned my dream bar: a menu of Japanese sandos (sandwiches), expertly crafted drinks, minimalist architecture designed for acoustics, meticulously curated music, and cool merchandise.

Katsu is more than just a bar. In addition to its unique musical programming with DJs from around the world, it also includes a record label, Katsu Records.
